We have owned our home built by J.H. Carter, Builder, Inc of over 2 years and can state without reservation that we are extremely pleased by both the builder and the quality of the home they constructed

We were immediately impressed by the quality of the home when we first saw it during the final stages of completion. The quality and attention to detail are impressive. Even more impressive was the builder's personal involvement with each home site and his attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Even after signing the sales agreement, the builder continued to "fine tune" the home prior to final delivery and went beyond what was expected to ensure that the house was "perfect" at the time of delivery.

The home was delivered without the usual "punch list" of items. The house has been virtually trouble free, and the few items that did develop were resolved without question or hesitation and without compromise.

We have referred others to J.H. Carter, Builder, Inc., and have recommended others to seriously look at the "quality" of the builder him/herself, in addition to the quality of the product they intend to provide. This note is long overdue!! I think about you two every single day and appreciate so much the SUPERB job you did in building our dream house. John and I just LOVE it. We sing your praises all the time - there cannot be a better builder!!

Oftentimes we hear people talk about the trials and tribulations of building. We just counter their remarks by telling them what a pleasant experience it was for us. The secret is to have a fantastic builder, and we were fortunate to have that. Thank you, thank you!!
